USA Eastern Nationals 2026

Thank you for your interest in photography at USA Eastern Nationals 2026 in Loudoun County, Virginia!  This is your page for all information related to tournament pictures, individual and team game coverage, and team photos. My main focus will be going from game to game taking photos. I try to capture as many players as possible. This year I will have an assistant for at least one whole day and maybe another partial day.  Teams and individuals can also schedule me to focus on just their team.  I have tried to think of as many questions as possible and answer them below.  I will add to this as other questions arise.

Services Available

Tournament Photos – general photos taken during games during the tournament. We will be going from game to game to capture the action and images will be available for purchase.

Team Game Photos $350 – focus on only one team for a full game from warm-ups through the end of the game. Dugout access required. Team receives a gallery for downloading all images.

Individual Game Photos $150 – focus on only one player for a full game from warm-ups through the end of the game. Player receives a personal gallery for downloading all images. Prints purchased separately.

Team Photos $100 – group photo and each team member receives the digital copy and a 8×10 print.

Where will photos be taken?
I will be focusing my tournament coverage mostly at the Bolen Park fields but will also visit Brambleton.  I will be working to get to other fields when my assistant is also on location taking tournament photos. 

How can I purchase tournament photos?
If you’d like to take your print home with you, come to my booth at Bolen Park, show the photo you’d like to purchase, make your payment, and return for pick-up.  Please allow up to 1 hour to receive your print.  If you’d like to purchase online, scan the QR code below to get access to the online gallery where you can purchase prints (shipped to you), digital downloads, and different products like magnets, luggage tags, etc. 

How do I schedule game coverage for my player or team?
Please text or email me so I can check my schedule. If I am available, you will be sent a link for payment. You are NOT scheduled without payment.  I will be available for 18U games on July 16th and July 17th from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.  I can schedule other age groups after 5:00 pm at other fields.  On July 18th, I am available in 1 game blocks (with 45 mins between games) from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.  Scheduling is first-come, first served. 

Will you get a tournament photo of my daughter?
I will certainly try. I am a small business and am the only photographer. I work hard to get to as many games as I possibly can. I can only focus on one field location at a time due to how far the fields are from each other. 

What hours will your booth be open?
My booth will be open from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm July 16th – July 18th. On July 19th, it will be open from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. The online gallery is open 24 hours.

When will tournament photos be available?
In many cases, morning photos will be available later in the afternoon.  Afternoon games will be available the next morning. Please allow 3-4 hours for editing and uploads.

How can I find my daughter in the online gallery?
Every attempt will be made to organize images by teams and days. The gallery uses facial recognition but batting helmets can often obscure faces. You may need to look through the photos to find your daughter. I do always try to capture numbers to aid in locating images.

For team photos, when will the prints be available?
Please allow for 3-4 hours for editing and printing of team photos. If your team photo is taken in the evening, they will be available the next day.

WHAT ABOUT RAIN?!?!?!
I will be taking photos rain or shine. However, my booth will not be open if it rains. Because I have very expensive equipment for printing and editing, they will be packed up and put away if it rains. I apologize for this inconvenience.  

Can you create special picture collages so images are all on one print?
Yes I can do this but there is an extra $50 editing fee and your prints will take up to 24 hours to be available. If you order a collage on Saturday or Sunday, there will be an additional $12 shipping fee if there is not enough to create the collage for pick-up.

Legal text
If you hire me for individual or team game coverage, I will make every effort to capture every player on the team. I am not responsible for players who do not see much game time and therefore, I am unable to photograph during the game.  
If you book me for a team photo, please find a time that works with your game schedule. Allow 15 minutes for me to take the photo. Players who are not there at the scheduled time, will not be in the team photo. I understand games run long and the schedule starts to shift – if you feel like you won’t make your time, please text me or come to my booth to reschedule. Every effort will be taken to reschedule.
