Loudoun Sports Photography is a division of Jennifer Gonzalez Photography.  I am passionate about sports! I grew up playing basketball, volleyball, soccer, ran track and even tried the swim team! Basketball was the first love of my life.  I spent so many hours in my driveway shooting hoops and playing against anyone who would agree to play against me.  I would go to the YMCA and play against the grown men and enjoy every minute of them underestimating me.

When I had kids, I was so happy they took an interest in sports.  In an effort to not be so stressed while they played, I picked up my camera to just capture images. It helped keep me calm (mostly).  This was around the same time I really developed an interest in photography.  Little by little I improved and developed skills for capturing high-intensity moments. Part of that comes from learning the game and anticipating.  Another aspect that I love to capture is beautiful imagery during the game. It could be how the sun hits the field, pretty clouds, or an amazing sunset. I certainly don’t forget about the passion, emotions and smiles that go with the games either.  Altogether, these moments create game photos that can be admired for years to come!
